Arthur Machinery has a 2:1 ratio of engineers to salesmen. Typically, 90 percent of all service calls/concerns are handled over the phone.

Our Application's Department is dedicated to the installation and training of CNC and Manual Machinery. An Applications Engineer offers advice in tooling selection, administers time studies and teaches classes in Arthur Machinery's own Tech Centers.

Our Shipping and Receiving Department takes care of getting customers their machines on time and completing orders to insure customers get what they need, when they need it.
