Service & Parts

The Service and Engineering Department is broken down into three core components:

• Service and Parts
• Special Projects and Automation
• Applications and Turn-Keys
• Complete machine refurbishing

Arthur Machinery Florida has a 1:1 ratio of engineers to salesmen. Typically, 90 percent of all service calls/concerns are handled over the phone.

Our Application's Department is dedicated to the installation and training of CNC and Manual Machinery. Applications Engineers offer advice in tooling selection, administer time studies and teach classes in Arthur Machinery's Tech Center.

Service includes: Spindle repair, ball bar testing, machine installation, complete machine refurbishing. Most brands of equipment are serviced.

Accessory installations:  Rotary Tables, Machine Probing, Fire suppression

Our Shipping and Receiving Department insures customers receive their machines on time and complete orders so customers get what they need, when they need it.
